About JoyDance

Everyone who knows Christ as Lord has been called to abundant life – here and now.  After accepting His call of salvation, every day is another opportunity to respond, to dance with Christ. Yet there are daughters-of-the-King who are quietly living lives of pain, chained to their past, present, or what they deem is their future.  They have taken the gift of salvation, but the abundant life is evading them.  Jesus wants to set them free and be their Lord and their Joy, as well as their Savior.  They have allowed Jesus to open the door of their prison cell, yet they still sit inside.

There are some who don’t want to know Christ.  Yet God’s desire is that everyone would come to Him.  He wants to bring healing and He wants to bring freedom from the chains of the world, the chains of darkness, and the chains of self.  He is not a God of “you can’t” — but a God of “in Me, you can!”  He entreats everyone to come to Him.  Some don’t believe that He is real.  (If you’re reading this and you fall into this category,  just tell Him that and ask Him to reveal Himself to you.  He’s God.  He knows how to show Himself to His creation.  I dare you.)

Living in Christ is an adventure.  He’s the One that brings true joy.  He is the Holy Carpenter who repairs the brokenness in your life even better than you can imagine.  His work is priceless – you are priceless!

This blog points to a door that opens into God’s Throne Room.  Jesus said, “I am the door.”  He has prepared the way so that entering is possible.  The King is asking for you, and is saying, “May I have this dance?”  Please come in…
